Cwrw Llyn is a brewery in Nefyn, in the Llyn Peninsula. Created by a group of 12 friends over a beer, they created their first batch in 2011.Brewed especially for the Bronze Age Beer festival that was held in Nefyn to celebrate a 3,500 brewing trough that was found beneath the sand and clay on Porth Neigwl (hells Mouth) beach. Today the beach is a popular surfing destination. This Amber IPA is brewed using the finished North American Hoops to combine bitterness and fruitiness which gives a well balanced full flavoured IPA.

Cwrw Llyn is a brewery in Nefyn, in the Llyn Peninsula. Created by a group of 12 friends over a beer, they created their first batch in 2011. The name derives from Ynys Enlli – Bardsey Island, at the western tip of Llyn [Brenin Enlli = Bardsey King]. A hundred years ago, there was a 200-strong community of fishermen and crofters on the island. It was customary on many islands, to elect their own ‘king’. The last king was Love Pritchard, who ruled the island from 1911 until 1925 when he led the remaining inhabitants to the mainland. A classic malty bitter, full of body. Made using golden Hops.

Cwrw Llyn is a brewery in Nefyn, in the Llyn Peninsula. Created by a group of 12 friends over a beer, they created their first batch in 2011. Seithenyn was the keeper of the sluice gates in the fertile netherlands of Cantre’r Gwaelod between Llyn and Ceredigion. He neglected the sea-defences, a storm came in from the west and Cantre’r Gwaelod was drowned, creating Bae Ceredigion. A light but flavoursome golden ale.
