Description
A Single malt whisky is made from purely organic ingredients. The organic barley for this release was grown in the UK and harvested in the Autumn of 2018. Aged in a Marsala cask.
Nose:
An instant hit of floral, fruity, spiced, barrel aged wine, followed by light vanilla and warmed oak wood.
Mouth:
Classic, sweet wine cask flavours leading in to toasted oak and liquorice, which all become enveloped by the whiskies warm embrace.
Finish:
The warmth subsides allowing the residual sweetness and toasted oak to shine. Long oak finish.
