Ivan grew up surrounded by vineyards in the Toro Region. Having trained and worked with different wineries in the area – including 12 years in the Tempos Vega Sicilia group in 2017 he decided to develop his own personal project he’d wanted to do since being a child. His goal is to respect tradition while looking toward the future.

Description
A very intense and expressive red made with 100% Tempranillo grapes from old vines (around 70-90 years old) grown on poor, pebbly, stony soil at an altitude of 700m. The wine is aged for 12 months in 225 – litre French oak barrels.
Spiced notes with vanilla and dried fruit, forest fruit flavours and toast.
