Marco Provolo is the third generation to work the land above the village of Mezzane di Sotto, between the town of Soave and the city of Verona, wine has been produced here since Roman times. The slopes are well drained limestone and clay with good exposure to the sun and winds that keep the vines healthy. He cultivates the traditional grape varieties to make both red and white wines.
