Description
“Clochette” meaning bells in French describe the plots of Colombard and Vermentino planted on limestone soil where the flat stones tinkle like bells when working the soil . Aromas of ripe orchard fruits and a delicate hint of honey. 5-6 months on fine lees adds a lovely roundness to the palate while also maintaining good freshness and a mineral touch on the finish.
