Made from old vines of at least 50 years, 100% Chardonnay, vinified and aged in stainless steel, left on the fine lees for a year to increase complexity. Clear and bright with an aroma of white fruits and nuts, the palate is balanced with green apples, melon and good minerality. Excellent value white Burgundy.
A co-operative created in 1927 during the economic crisis, this Cave has gone from strength to strength. There are now 120 members working to achieve the best quality possible, using the latest technology but hand in hand with traditional techniques such as oak aging for the red Bourgogne.
