Dark mahogany in colour, the El Candado is pronounced on the nose with complex aromas of dried fruits, raisins, toffee, dark chocolate, coffee and spice. It is a delicious match for rich chocolate or coffee desserts. It also goes well with dense dried fruit puddings such as Christmas pudding. Pour it over ice cream if you want a really decadent way to end a meal.
