Description
A mixed wine case filled with 6 wines perfect for the festive period. Dylan has selected wines to tailor to your celebration! We start with a new import of Cava from Miquel Pons. Cava is often overlooked, but this great value sparkling has a lot to offer. Complex and fruity with great mousse. Two white wines, the Pecorino is another new addition to 2024. A rich white with plenty of body, fruit and roundness – great with your Christmas dinner. The second is from Bordeaux, although they are renowned for their reds this region also produce excellent white wines. A fantastic value blend of Sauvignon and Semillion, crisp white with zesty acidity.
Two reds for the occasion, the first is L’enjouee from Ogereau. A favourite here in Dylanwad, being a long standing import. A light, soft and fruity red with minimal tannins. The second red is another new addition here from Italy, Tribus has rich red cherry fruit notes, a touch of spice and well integrated tannins – would be a lovely accompaniment to your Christmas dinner. Lastly a dessert wine from Australia. Botrytised Semillion creates a rich wine full of mandarin, marmalade and honey notes. Luscious in the mouth and a long finish.
