From the small village of Bue in the very heart of the Sancerre region on the Loire in North-Eastern France, Janine and her son produce textbook Sauvignon Blanc. A small family concern that has been handed down over several generations. The vineyards cover just over 10 hectares in various plots, adding to the complexity of the finished wine.

Description

The lesser-seen red Sancerre made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes in a classic Burgundy style. Herbs and red berries on the nose, strawberries on the palate, dry with good acidity – a classic with roast beef.
