Rodolfo and his father Andres have been farming grapes in Valencia for 3 generations, here they organically farm 60 hectares of vines which have never used any herbicides or pesticides, as they seek to promote biodiversity and rewild their farm.
Their meticulous care and attention to the health of their vine show through into the vibrancy of their wines. Their vineyards are planted at high elevations for the region which gives all their wines a mouth-watering freshness.
