Fragrant, elegant, textured and crisp white from high-altitudes.
Description
Vibrant straw colour with green edges. Gently fragrant with classic perfumed Pinot Gris characters of pear, orange blossom and stone fruit. Grapes are hand-picked and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in both tanks and casks, with six weeks on lees post-fermentation for added complexity and aromatics. Textural flavours with apple and mandarin, soft acidity, classic ‘Gris’ style.
