A soft and fruity Syrah, good acidity and soft tannins.
We tried this (July 2023) in the morning and really enjoyed it. It’s a different animal to a big Aussie Shiraz. A palate of raspberries and plum with a touch of pepper. Good acidity, medium bodied with nice soft tannins, it went well with lasagne that night!
