Ivan grew up surrounded by vineyards in the Toro region. Having trained and worked with different wineries in the area – including 12 years in the Tempos Vega Sicilia group in 2017 he decided to develop his own personal project he’d wanted to do since being a child. His goal is to give expression giving way to new Toro wines – to respect tradition but to look towards the future too.

Description
Made from 100% Tempranilo grapes from 30-50 year old vines at an altitude of 700m. Aged for 6 months in 225 – litre French oak barrels.
A very expressive nose with aromas of ripe forest fruits and a floral note with a slight toastiness. Rich and full on the palate with ripe tannins and plenty of freshness.
