Champagne Cordeuil Father & Daughter has a long family history that began in 1950, currently managed by the 3rd Generation: Mr. Gilbert and his daughter Erlande.
The Champagnes are aged for a minimum of 7 years to ensure they reach their full richness. The Vineyard is located in Champagne in the heart of the Cote des Bar. They currently have over 4.12 hectares and plant 77% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay and 3% Pinot Blanc.
They were certified organic in 2015 but her far-sighted father has been practising organic methods for over 25 years in the vineyard. They are dedicated to a production method that is in harmony with nature.
