Llinos’ Favourite’s Wine Selection

For my Winter choices, I have two nice, rich whites. The Vacqueyras Le Penchant is a bit of a treat! It will go really nicely with a creamy chicken pie as comfort food.

Same goes with the reds, I love the smokiness of the Abraham and the Heretics and the other two are full bodied and rich. The Lamothe reserve is particularly good value, from Bordeaux, whilst the Merlot from Spain is a really full bodied wine with excellent structure.

Finally, a winter treat either as a bit of an aperitif or with a rich chocolate dessert, Madeira is a classic.
