Terri’s Favourites!

Putting a case of my favourite wines together is harder than you think, trying to whittle them down can be a difficult task.

I recently retried the Bossotti Barbera d’asti which was delicious, bright fresh fruits with good acidity and smooth tannins, a winner for me.

I’m not the biggest fan of Rose, but after trying this Bordeaux blend in our bar the other week I think I could be converted. It’s big enough to withstand some food, I’m going to pair it with a creamy pasta dish – longing for those Summer evenings!
